TRS was established in 2005 and the two founders are still
within the business in a hands-on capacity. We continue to be a privately-owned
Australian business based in Sydney and operating nationally.
Our Client base is diverse and covers both the Public and
Private Sectors. During our 15 years of operation we have dealt with a large
number of organisations, both large and small.
TRS now exclusively work only on contract / contingent
positions. This has enabled our consultants to become experts in the contingent
space and to develop great knowledge and skill in this complex area.
TRS works on an account management model, with one key point
of contact for each client. This allows us to get to know our clients better,
and for our clients to know exactly who their dedicated TRS Consultant is. We
have a collaborative approach to recruitment, with roles designated to staff
members on the basis of their skills and experience.

Initially established as an IT recruitment agency, over its
time in operation, TRS has evolved to become a more diversified business
focusing on contract / contingent roles across multiple disciplines and sectors

TRS work with clients to provide high quality contingent/contract workers. We also
have a dedicated payroll function on offer for our clients. This service is
